Diary of an Entrepreneur - Day 1 of 100

I just completed Day 1 of the Reset & Refresh Challenge on Insight Timer. It was only 10 minutes long but WOW did it encourage me to go deep.

As I sit here, crying and reflecting on the last 3 years…

I realize I’ve been way too hard on myself — and today is the day that stops. Or at least I’m going to try.

The recognition, understanding, and compassion I had been seeking from outside sources — money, clients, lovers, friends, family — was the very same recognition, understanding, and compassion my heart was seeking from me.

I don’t need outside sources to feel love. And neither do you.

I hope this reaches someone who needed to read this today.
