Food, Mood, Poop Journal - yes, it's a thing!

The other amazing website I found is AIPrecipeCollection.com and she suggested I start a food/mood/poop journal by way of Excel spreadsheet…

And y’all know how much I love spreadsheets…

My template is basically:

  • Day - Day of week

  • Date - Calendar date

  • Food - What I ate and for which meal (if I want to be super detailed, I’ll put the time)

  • Mood - My mood at different points of the day especially upon waking up… also noting mood after meals or significant emotional events

  • Poop - time of day + details

  • Sleep - how many hours, when I went to sleep, when I woke up, time(s) of nap(s), and details about the quality of sleep

  • Weight - weigh myself in the morning and at night

  • Symptoms - Any noticeable symptoms including itchiness, dizziness, bloating, pain, congestion, etc)

  • Dreams - I have pretty vivid and detailed dreams sometimes so I figured this would be a good column to add to my daily journal.

And for y’all who know me, I’m a VIRGO RISING, so you know my shit is DE-TAILED!

I would share a link to my template so you don’t have to make your own, but I don’t really want you knowing the details of my daily poops so…. sorry. LOL.
